| Acts 2:42,
46-47 describes the early believers.
"They
devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the
fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer...Every
day they continued to meet together in the temple courts.
They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad
and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor
of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily
those who were being saved."

An important observation is that
their love & devotion for the Lord did not stop at the temple,
but their life away from it as well. They understood that they
were the church, and wherever they may find themselves, they love
people with the love of the Lord. Another observation is that
their love was guided by the truth of God. Ultimately that is
the goal of our life group ministry. It
is to establish an intimate community of love while finding encouragement
& guidance from the Word.
Life groups are ideal for those who need prayer support, to discuss biblical issues practically & to find accountability from Christian fellowship. For more information about life group ministry, please contact Pastor Calvin at tkumcem@yahoo.com
